Tiny rubber bands used to secure items from manufacturer are commonly broken during transit. I If item is deboxed I will not refund. NRFB items are to remain NRFB. In the event of a return, Buyer is responsible for shipping BOTH ways. If a refund has to be issued, it will be less all shipping expenses incurred both ways. Any return must go through Ebay’s return process, no exceptions! I will not do a partial refund. Return items shall be returned in same condition as it was sold.
