TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

By purchasing items off BURNINGRUBBERTOYCOMPANY on ebay, the purchaser is agreeing to the following terms

• Due to abuse and eBay restricting accounts we no longer accept cancellation. We will not converse or explain further
• These items are inspected by 3 people before leaving the warehouse. When we ship we make sure there are no broken parts/problems with any of the vehicles. We have had the same shipper for 23 years and he ensures no damage with his expert packaging skills.

• No shipping refunds will be given if ordered individually without a cart. If items are ordered separately but are going to the same address, we reserve the right to ship them in one box. In such cases no shipping refund will be given. You must use the eBay shopping cart in order to receive the shipping discount. We will not converse or explain further
• • There will be a $4 return/refund processing fee per item on all returns
  • You will receive 50% less refund on any returned item we receive that comes to us damaged, not shipped using the proper packaging, and or incorrect return opened.
  • Items not returned properly through the ebay return channel aka return to sender/ refused/ wrong address will not receive a refund
• All sizes in scale are listed in the title and there is a diagram in the description all items are described properly and are not subject to fraudulent item not described returns
