This sale is for MY NUMBER 202a10603, ONE (1) lot of THREE (3) Authentic, Official, Genuine, United States Government Mint Issued HALF DOLLAR DENOMINATION U.S. SECOND TO SIXTH YEAR OF SERIES COINS, DATED 1965 – 1969. These specimens were originally struck at Philadelphia and Denver on Solid 40% Silver (AG) Metal Alloy Planchets. These standard issue 50C coins, bear the bust of President John F. Kennedy on the Obverse. A relief strike of The Great Seal of The United States of America adorns the reverse, as the Coat of Arms of the Republic which the Chief commands. These thick 11.50 Gram, 30.6 mm 40% Silver Version Half Dollars were initially minted in 1965, two years following the assassination of this beloved President. Each coin contains .14792 Troy Ounces of Pure Silver. These coins are difficult to find today, mostly because of hoarding. But YOUR search ends here!
