It uses an oval element and a reflective strip that is housed inside the lens during manufacturing. The bokeh looks as if it was really shot with an anamorphic lens. A reflective element in the center of the lens amplifies flare and directs light across the image, creating the legendary horizontal flare. This modification preserve natural color of footage, so you can shoot low light and daylight scenes without any color correction issues. This is not an anamorphic lens. This is a lens with a modification that makes shots with oval bokeh and horizontal flare. – lens is fully ready to use- looks like new (minimal traces of use on the glasses are allowed | do not affect the photo)- aperture is de-clicked – mechanical part cleaned and oiled (rotates softly and smoothly)- cleaned aperture and optics – focusing in full range, including infinity- has 2 metal gears – front and back caps included – front screw filter size 77mm and outside diameter 80mm (can be changed upon request) – packaged very securely to avoid damage in transit.
