INFORMATION ABOUT SECOND-HAND TOOLS As with any second-hand item expect minor marks and scratches – it’s not brand new. All second-hand tools will be thoroughly checked before being listed and double checked before being dispatched. I will only list items that are in perfect working condition. All items will be fully cleaned, ready for you to inspect and put to work. ‘Cleaned and disinfected for hygiene purposes’ doesn’t mean that it’s going to look brand new. Please note that a used item may have light metal pitting, heavily stained and minor surface corrosion. No damaged tools will be listed, only good and useable tools. On second hand tools there may be previous owners name or initials engraved on it – if that’s the case it will be listed in the item description above. A good second-hand tool will do exactly the same job as a new one. INFORMATION ABOUT BRAND NEW TOOLS Brand new items may also have storage marks and most likely have no packaging. Suppliers like to send items to me with new and used items together which will leave marks on new items. They will be only very minor and most of the time have no packaging. Brand new tools with excessive marks or stains will be listed as used so be sure to check item description above. PICTURES You will receive exactly the same item as pictured. I will not send a different item. What you will see is what you will get. If you would like more photos of any item please send me a message as I can send up to 5 additional photos via Ebay messaging system. If you see any purchased items relisted only the picture will change. (Only applies to second hand items) SHIPPING Free postage and packaging to UK mainland only. I will post to other postcodes so please contact me for the postage price before buying. The parcel companies that I usually use are: Royal mail, Evri, Yodel, etc and I aim to dispatch on the same working day depending on the time of sale. If I can’t send the items on the same day it will definitely be on the next working day at the very latest. Sales occurring during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning – that’s including sales from Friday afternoon after 3pm onwards. However, there are times I post on Saturday morning which is not always guaranteed. Courier delivery times are only estimates which is inaccurate as sometimes they are early and there are times they are running behind so please bear that in mind.
