All claims need to be made by me, not the buyer please. FRAGILE ITEMS – For all fragile items, I use generous amounts of bubble wrap or I use shredded foam for the porcelain pieces. The foam adds weight to the boxes and can be a bit messy opening the box so be aware. Please use caution when putting your hands into the box. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT – Signature is required on all items over $250.00, NO EXCEPTIONS. eBay/PayPal require this in order to protect the buyer & seller. INSURANCE – All items will be shipped insured and signature required due to theft, damage and fraud. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Anything outside the US will be shipped Priority Express. International buyers PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and any other charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. these charges are and have always been the buyers responsibility.
