“King James Version HOLY BIBLE; Pronouncing” printed by the The National Bible Press of Philadelphia. “Genuine Morocco Leather line; Silk Sewn Binding” is stated in gold inside the back cover. Can’t find a print date; 1975 is inked on the inscription to previous owner. Book is used with copious dog-ears and creases to pages; I have tried to correct them all but I’m sure there are others. One page has odd close tear (see all pics). There is ink on the Presentation page and some notes and underlines inside the text throughout. Gold edges and lettering on spine have lost some of their luster. Gold page edges are faded and rubbed. Spine is out-curved and text block is sagging. Pages are sitting mostly even and tight to good, sewn binding. Covers, corners edges and heels are bumped with spots of color loss. Tassel has creases in it and is frayed almost to the point of being too short to be of use. No scent nor stains that I can detect. Pages are reader worn (as they should be), some are ink-marked, many were dog-eared mostly at lower corners. Some slightly crumpled but all are clean and turn freely. Again, there are perhaps over a hundred corrected creases mostly to lower page corners but also some upper corners too. A few helps, color maps, concordance and center-column notes. Book measures about 5.5″ wide, 7.25″ tall and is about 1.5″ thick. Narrow margins; font is quite small; about 10 vo. I make it; footnotes even smaller.
