This blanket is NEW and ready to keep your horse warm in the coldest winter. The fabric Pessoa used for this blanket is a heavy ballistic denier nylon. One word describes this blanket-DURABLE, including the snaps, buckles and leg straps. Retail for the blanket was $220.00 and I am discounting the price as my horse passed away and I never used the blanket. If you are searching to find a heavy duty and ultra warm durable blanket to take care of your horse during the extreme cold months this winter, this blanket will hold up with the tough ballistic fabric. I loved the quality, dependability of the fabric and warmth this blanket provided for my horse during the coldest Michigan winters. I had 2 blankets and kept this one as a spare in case I needed another blanket. The coloring for the 1200 count ballistic fabric on the blanket is a combination-Black and Olive green combination. The blanket has a matching olive green reflective piping/trim binding, soft nylon-(horse’s coat friendly lining) and Pessoa decal on the front shoulder below the closure system. The Tundra Blanket has a 3M Nylon Quick Dry lining to keep your horse warm, yet allowing moisture to evaporate. The blanket has a long generous drop on the sides for added warmth and an umbrella style removable (double velcro) tail flap. The fabric has a teflon fabric protector and the Exceler closure system. (See photo diagram) . The Exceler closure system offers a dual front fastener closure with a varying adjustment for the neck, eliminating neck sag, combined with strong rust proof, black powder coated snaps and hooks for a secure closure. Once you set the desired fit, you are set for a quick on and off experience for the horse and yourself with just the snap of a buckle up front across the chest. The blanket has 2 adjustable belly cross straps and 2 rear leg elastic straps( included with the blanket). The blanket has all the manufacturer tags attached to the blanket and hasn’t been out of the packaging. The blanket does NOT have any defects and or odors and was stored inside my home. No returns, or international shipping.
