(please see all Janome model numbers compatibility list way below to check and see if your Janome machine model number is listed there). another couple of important things about the special magic of this heavy duty Janome card reader/writer (beside everything else it offers) I’ve designed it myself in such a way that you can only insert the card in the right way, so IF you try and insert the Cf Card the wrong way, it just won’t go in! this is to fully protect the many delicate pins inside the card reader/writer unlike most other Janome card reader/writers on the market worldwide, where in most cases it’s so easy to accidentally bend and/or brake those little delicate pins by either inserting the CF Card the wrong way around in or by forcing it in). Also on top of this safety protection I made this unit, I also designed my card reader/writer for a double protection so in such a way that you will never ever bend or brake any of the so many delicate and sensitive pins inside this special unit because it’s designed in such a way that the CF Card perfectly gets to be inserted in this unit (in a very nice, smooth and snugly way) it goes into the card reader/writer and without a hitch! and even if you push the card in by force.. you still won’t bend or brake any of the delicate and fragile pins inside and that in itself makes it a VERY special and unique Janome card reader/writer unlike anything else in the world! so it should last you a lifetime if not even more if you look well after it. This genuine and heavy duty Janome Card Reader/Writer is compatible with the following particular Janome, Elna and Bernina Deco machine models numbers: Janome MC 200E, MC 300E, MC 350E, MC 9500, MC 9700, MC 10000, MC 10001, MC 11000, MC 11000SE and also with Bernina Deco 300, 330 and 400 and with Elna 8200, 8300, 8600 as well as with MB4 and MB4N Please note: some of the above listed models numbers (specially latest model ones) has a USB built-in port so if that is the case than no need to use a Cf Card or an ATA Card Adapter or this Card Reader here option however those models with a USB port are listed here only in case that the USB is damaged, faulty and does not work anymore (or far too expensive or hard to repair.. ) so in that case you could use another option which is that slot specially on your machine for the ATA Card Adapter, it is in that case I do sell a specially Janome complete package will work out cheaper for you which includes a heavy duty and best this Card Reader/Writer 3.0 here but you’ll also get 2x ATA CF cards and the CF Card Adapter, which are included in my Special Janome Package (please check that Special Janome Package in my store) but I also do sell them all separately too (again check my store and you’ll see them all there) only it woks out a lot cheaper if you buy the whole “Janome Special Package”. about this very special, genuine, new and latest heavy duty Card Reader/Writer USB 3.0:when Inserting your design cf card (as shown in the second and other photos) card face down and VERY gently push straight into a slot for the card into the card reader/writer, it should go in so easily in, I’ve designed to work this way with no hustle at all as ALL card reader/writers on the market (worldwide) are built with same delicate pins inside but most of them won’t last long at all because sooner or later those very delicate pins inside will either eventually bend or even brake making the card reader faulty and useless..! so you’ll need to continually buying new ones.. what a waste of your hard earned money and not counting the frustration when it happens and you can’t finish your work..! but all the pins on my new and latest card reader/writer are much stronger because it is a heavy duty unit, I’ve designed it myself and not only that you also can’t insert your CF card in if you accidentally put the card the wrong way around, I made sure this is another extra protection but the best part of all is this magical way when you insert the card in, you will never bend or brake the delicate pins inside this card reader/writer even if you pushed the card hard in.. because it’s designed to nicely take the CF card in just perfectly and snugly into that cf card slot for it and that in itself make that males this unit very and very special that it should last you a lifetime! it’s got my name on it “Romaldo” so it’s got to be the best there is. I even wrote on the back of the unit: Romaldo when only the best will do (see attached photos). to ensure long life of this heavy duty card reader/writer you’ll need to follow 2 simple but important steps :1) Always disconnect the card reader/writer extension cable that is connected to your computer or laptop USB port (IF you are not using it) as this unit has light indicators when turned on and if you leave it plugged in for days and weeks (while you are not using it) the blue lights might overheat.. (see one of attached photos) 2) but always leave the USB 3.0 extension cable that is connected to the Card Reader/writer (that extension cable will be supplied to you with your special package) don’t disconnect that cable but again leave it always connected to the card reader/writer unit so you don’t ever need to connect it every time you like to use as it this will also keep the card reader in perfect good condition as the more often you keep taking in and out the USB cable from the card reader/writer itself the more chances you might eventually damage the card reader/writer USB port (see attached photo) also once you copied designs from your computer or laptop.. to your cf card using the card reader/writer, next you insert your card into your card adapter (see attached photos) and next insert that card adapter (that has the cf card inside it with your designs) into that slot for the Cf card adapter on the side of your Janome or Elna machine) most compatible Janome machines model numbers (only for the ones that I’ve listed above) have that special slot on the side of the machine to insert a Card Adapter in it and now you should now be ready to stitch your patterns, it’s that simple really, but again proper instructions will be sent along. also you’re welcome to write to me if you ever needed any help. I will supply you with a clearer and a better detailed instructions (2 pages) along with yourspecial package on how to use properly all the units that are included in this package.
