DESCRIPTION On offer today is a parcel of rough/rubbed opal from Lightning Ridge.These pieces very likely will have been partly rubbed down to show the colour better and to remove some (not all) of the dead rock. It still needs to be finished off. Please be aware rough/rubs can have sand and other issues. If there is something major, it will definitely be mentioned. This material has been photographed wet, outdoors in natural sunlight. When you first get it please wet it and take it outdoors to look at in natural sunlight. You are doing this so your looking at it in the same conditions the image was taken with. If you look at a piece of rough opal dry and under indoors light, it will look nothing like the picture. I use natural sunlight to take pictures of opal as this is the best light source for opal photography to display the raw natural beauty of opal. SHIPPING We offer flat rate shipping with unlimited free combined shipping.
