Beach theme: star fish has 1 broken piece, white fuzzy beard needs to be replaced as all that you can see is the under beard that the white fuzzy beard attaches to2. Wine theme: White fuzzy beard has mostly come off. That needs to be replaced. You can still see the residue from that beard and needs to be pulled off and replaced. Rest of him seems to be fine. These both came from a home that had hundreds of these wonderful collectibles but because there were so many and were kept out on display year round, some of them sat for quite a while without being dusted and taken care of so this was the result of a couple of them.
