For sale is a MSI Gaming Z Trio 3080 12GB GPU with the original box, packaging, paperwork, and anti-sag bracket. The 3080 12GB is akin to a 3080 Super. It has two extra gigabytes of VRAM over a 10GB 3080, plus higher memory bandwidth and CUDA cores. This card performs very close to a 3080 Ti. With an undervolt/overclock it can pretty easily outperform a stock 3080 Ti. See the TimeSpy benchmark screenshots that I added of this card. The test was taken just prior to listing. I intended to keep this card for a while longer and went all out on upgrades to the thermal interface material. I upgraded very recently to a 7900 XTX, so I no longer need this card. I performed these thermal interface enhancements for added longevity and superior performance: Honeywell PTM7950 was installed on the GPU die and under the VRAM heatsink plate. This is a phase changing material that is superior to traditional thermal paste. It doesn’t have pump out effect like so many pastes. You essentially won’t need to replace it for the life of the device it is installed in. Temperatures were markedly lower after install compared to the stock thermal paste. 24W Upsiren thermal pads were installed in place of the stock thermal pads. These are very high quality thermal pads and the VRAM, in particular, runs cooler than stock. This 3080 12GB will ship via UPS Ground. Sorry, but offers will not be accepted on this listing. The PTM7950 and 24W thermal pads weren’t cheap.
