Original Antique Wall Lights Beautiful condition! This lovely original antique pair has freshly updated wiring, new sockets and they are ready to hang. Cleaned, tested and working well. No cracks or dents in the brass. The brass has an antique gold finish with peaks of shiny brass popping through. The Uno shade holders have a patent date of Dec 24, 1912. The brass socket covers are marked Arrow and Arrow H&H, Made in USA. The antique glass shades are hand painted, and they don’t have any cracks – just some small flea bites along the edges – see closeups for details – not noticed when in use unless inspecting closely. 🙂 Each sconce uses one standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light. Light bulbs not included. This beautiful antique is from a large antique lighting collection in Fenton, Michigan – see and watch our store for more from this fantastic collection. Here are details about the restorer: The late Bob Daly was a marathon runner and worked in his family’s burglar alarm business until he started his own antique lighting restoration business in Fenton, Michigan in the 1980’s: “Historic Lighting Restoration Services and Sales”. He was restoring antique lighting for almost 40 years. Bob was a master at the details. He loved what he did and was excited to share these restored works of art with the next generation. He worked with loving care, and you can be proud to own one of his pieces (see photo #24 for a photo of him from a newspaper article about his restoration business). We are certainly proud to have acquired his amazing collection, as we also restore and sell antique lighting and love to share it with all of you who want true antique pieces that have historic personality in your homes and buildings.
