It’s a summer evening cool drink with a pal kind of shirt. All of the problems with poncho cuts have been cured and we’re left with the good parts, the fluid movement, the graceful sleeves but with a drawstring hem at the waist so it doesn’t shirt around or twist up. Cut-work like a tablecloth. If you want them a bit shorter, you get a sewing pal to pinch an inch out farther up the sleeve a few inches past the cutwork. Very flattering boat neckline. 29” across that ‘waist’ opening and gathers nicely to below 15” with the wide ties at both side seams. 16” long from the top of the shoulder to the hem. 26” from sleeve edge to neck edge and 13” across the graceful boatneck and on down the other 26” sleeve.
