Here is something offered that will catch a bunch of Saleen Owners eyes out there, especially those who remember the past days when different Saleen S7-R equipped Race Teams tackled the Race tracks of around the World including the famous 24 Hueres of Du Mans (24 Hours of Le Mans) in France and this Provence Moulage 1:43 Scale Model Kit is an awesome small scale collectible made/modeled after the Life Size Real 2001 Saleen S7-R #62 Cranium Sponsored LeMans Race Car of the Past. What we have offered here is One Now Rare, No Longer Produced, Collectible Limited Edition SALEEN S7-R #62 Cranium LeMans RACE 1:43 SCALE PROVENCE MOULAGE ASSEMBLED RESIN & METAL MODEL Kit (K1694 “RML” N 62 LM 2001) in Excellent Displayed Condition originally acquired back in the year 2002 in France, 22 years ago, when it was assembled, but originally was first offered by Provence Moulage in late 2001. First Off, this in Not to be mistaken for the IXO made rendition of this particular Race car that comes completely finished. Although IXO Produced the same Collectible Saleen S7R Race Car type, this is not that same one since it had to be hand assembled to be made to look like what you see here in front of you. It basically started as a “Blank Canvas” like any Model kit starts as and had to be hand assembled. This is/was originally an unassembled Provence Moulage Model Kit that was purchased over seas in France back in 2002, 22 years ago then assembled back in the states, very carefully and with precision, made to look like the Original Saleen S7 Race Car of the Past. For the Small 1:43 Scale of what this Awesome PM Produced Saleen S7-R Race Car is, it is Highly detailed to the exact details of the Real Life Saleen S7R #62 Race Car that had Ran at LeMans in 2001. Although Provence Moulage over the years has offered a bunch of different Vehicles and Race Cars, this particular Saleen S7 was not the easiest to come by/acquire. When we purchased this in France back in 2002, it was roughly around $65 in USA after the conversion, but it was unused/unassembled back then. This was something we had our hearts on acquiring knowing Provence Moulage made and offered this Saleen S7 Race Car so, let me just say before coming home from France at that time back in 2002, we were gonna find one and bring it back and well, we did just that! This was something as a collector of Saleen Stuff, after assembly we had in an enclosed glass display case with other collectibles from the past, so its free from a bunch of dust. Over the years, when we have seen this particular Saleen S7 Race Car offered, 95% of the time it has been the IXO Finished Collectible Car, not this one originally produced and from France. NOTE: Actual Collectible offered here is in all the posted pictures, Original Box and display platform included as seen.
