UP FOR SALE Series 2013 Duplicate B Star Error Note One Dollar Bill FW and DC LOT OF 1 NOTE In 2014 the New York Federal Reserve Bank requested some star notes from the washington DC BEP. A normal order with nothing out of the ordinary. The press began its word printing these replacement notes like nothing was new. It was the normal process. Skip two years ahead and the FW BEP decides to re-print the exact same serial numbers for the exact same district for the exact same series!
