Superfinish combined with a Black Nitrided valve reduces the surface roughness to 1/3 of the chrome coated valve for unsurpassed performance and durability. Optimum high flow rates are achieved through manufacturing with the best angles for each application. Back cut, under cut and valve head angles per application are considered to produce the optimum high flow rates for each application. Supertech manufactures their racing valves using only the highest quality materials available. They have spent countless hours studying these different materials as well as your applications to create just the right valve. Because of thermal fatigue the proper choice of material will greatly determine the valve performance and reliability. Supertech relentlessly tests new materials to provide valves with unsurpassed fatigue resistance. Steel, black nitride, sodium fill, iconel/nimonic alloy, titanium, titanium coating and molybdenum coating are all used in the production of Supertech valves.
