This large original hand-painted flash sheet is from the world renowned tattoo parlor of Tahiti Felix – the oldest existing tattoo studio in America. Tahiti Felix was a contemporary of Sailor Jerry, Bob Shaw and many other historical tattoo icons. Painted in the 1940s, this one-of-a-kind original flash sheet by one of tattoo history’s important figures comes from the extensive collection of world famous tattoo artist, Jonathan Shaw. It is part of the renowned archives of classic tattoo artwork featured in Shaw’s ongoing book series Vintage Tattoo Flash published on Powerhouse Books.
