It has the sealed decal set (w/ canopy mask and placement guide.)These decals were printed sometime in 2011. Due to the age of these decals it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that they be coated with MICROSCALE LIQUID DECAL FILM or the like prior to use. This will prevent cracking or shattering when they are placed in the water. They are not guaranteed and cannot be returned if used.
