Antique c1900 U.S.Watch Co.-Waltham 14k solid gold cased 6 size hunter case pocket watch. The beautifully engraved floral themed case is centered by a rose on the back cover and shows a small cartouche framed monogram(?) on the front. The case is in excellent condition with no dents and modest wear. All covers snap closed tight and flush. The case measures 53mm long(top of crown to bottom of case) x 41mm wide and the watch has a gross weight of 56.5 grams. It is stamped Warranted 14K U.S. Assay. The stem wind lever set movement(serial #60910) presently runs and keeps good time. I do not know when it was last serviced. The lever function to set hands works properly. The porcelain dial is clean with no chips and only a small faint hairline in the center where the hands are attached to pivot. Barely noticeable. The crystal is clear with no cracks or scratches. Marked U.S. Watch Co. Waltham on both the dial and the movement. A really nice example. Please enlarge all pics for best details.
