eBay Description: This vintage 1950s plaid mackinaw coat is wool and features a sewn tag which reads: “The Bay Sportswear – Green Bay Clothing Mfrs – Green Bay Wisconsin” with the graphics of a hockey player. This is an estate fresh item from mid-Michigan. It is red and black in color, men’s. The coat is a zippered front. Most likely this was Union made since Green Bay Clothing Mfrs was a member of the United Garment Workers of America. Size: Sleeve Length (top of shoulder to cuff): 24″ Sleeve Length (armpit to cuff): 18″ Armpit to Armpit: 21″ Rear collar to hem: 28″ Shoulder to hem: 25.5″ Shoulder to Shoulder: 18″ Condition: Estate Fresh. Zipper works. One missing button on left breast pocket. Some rub wear to exterior from use. Cuffs show wear. One small hole in left sleeve. Needs a good cleaning. I did not attempt to clean or dry clean. Please see photos for a more detailed visual description of the item. Shipping: I package all items carefully to ensure safe shipping.
