This is an adorable circa 1948-50 Vogel Toddles outfit. It is a pale blue organdy dress with attached panties. Matching bonnet has cut outs for pig tails. Dress is tagged with inkspot tag. Dress is very nice with some fading common in these organdy dresses. I don’t see any rips or tears, pindot spot on panties and maybe a faint small spot on front that is hard to see.
