The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for an X-Acto unit for CBS, Inc. 1977 carpet area rug for a dollhouse. Embroidered needlepoint on stretcher canvas. The rug is complete on canvas stretcher; may have been completed more with a sewn backing or fringe; as found, The item is in good condition with age related issues. A faint diagonal white line tht goes down in the middle. Doesnt appear to be damage, just wanted to point out and cannot explain. The canvas has holes in the perimeter in the mesh. The right bottom corner is bent in. The top right; a string sticking out. Looks in overall good condition. Left corner canvas bent. Marked on canvas on left bottom X-Acto, a unit of cbs inc, 1977. On opposite end, c-9, 200. Very stunning and much work. Could be yellowing in mesh but not on rug. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Canvas measures14.25″ X 11.5″. Rug is 11.5″ X 9 1/8″.
