Edges are worn from use and storage. Front is splotchily inked with signs of brush strokes mostly around the outer edges of the inked area. All the stencil lettering is intact and easy to read. There is a patch where the 8 in the address number is, from either an address change or a mistake by the stencil maker. I have highlighted this in pictures with the red arrow. There is something written in pencil along the bottom edge that I can’t quite make out. (—– wood?) On the back are the handwritten dates 3/23/34, 5/9/35 and 5/15/35. *$2 bill is for size reference and is not included in the sale.
