Marklin 89796 “The Plant” Buildings and Flatcars with Trucks Set Z Scale Z Gauge Archistories was commissioned by Marklin to produce the building kits for “The Plant” Prototype: 1 heating building. 1 industrial smoke stack, 1 production hall and factory workshop with a mansard roof. Built in the style of the early 20th century. 2 type Sa 705 heavy-duty 6-axle flat cars, each loaded with a model truck in a realistic paint scheme. Model: These are professional architectural models with all of the parts as a kit ready to assemble. The parts are made of special, high-quality, architectural quality card stock, precision cut by laser. The joints, openings, windows, doors, base, and external masonry are exactly positioned. Dimensions for the smoke stack approximately: height approximately 141 mm / 5-1/2″ x width 15 mm / 5/8″ x length 15 mm / 5/8″. Dimensions for the heating building: height 82 mm / 3-1/4″ x width 76 mm / 3″ x length 78 mm / 3″. Dimensions for the industrial hall: height 82 mm / 3-1/4″ x width 76 mm / 3″ x length 133 mm / 5-1/4″.The 6-axle heavy-duty flat cars are constructed of metal. The model trucks as freight loads for the flat cars are constructed of metal.The Set is in Mint Unbuilt Condition. Out of Production since 2013.Original Factory-Sealed and Unopened Shipping Box.
